To make ownership as easy as possible, we considered every aspect of the customer experience. Which is why every new Genesis comes with a 5 Year Care Plan² that includes; warranty, scheduled servicing, roadside assistance, digital updates and even a courtesy car while we have yours.
You will be relieved to know there is no hassle negotiating or searching out the best price. The price of a Genesis is always the same. All you need to consider is which model and specification suits you.
We will make it easy for our customers to experience Genesis. We will have a full range of finance options, including our Genesis Flexibility subscription plan. You won't need to own a Genesis to drive one.
We appreciate your time is precious. That’s why a core principle of the Genesis Difference is “we come to you”. When it's time for your scheduled service, we collect your car and return it once the work is completed. And of course, a courtesy car will be provided if you need it. That’s what we call service.
