Using the Service

• - The service allows you to check the condition of your vehicle once a month without requiring any menu operations.
• - When you drive your vehicle within 7 days of the set diagnostics date, a monthly vehicle health report of the subject month is sent to your email.
  (Monthly vehicle health report is not performed if you do not drive your vehicle within 7 days of the diagnostics date.)

• - Periodic diagnostics date is automatically set 7 days later from the vehicle contract date.
• - Monthly report can also be checked on Genesis website and Genesis Connected Services app.
• - Periodic diagnostics date and email for receiving the monthly vehicle health report can be changed on Genesis website (http://www.genesis.com, login required).
• - The potential malfunction may disappear automatically depending on the vehicle’s operating conditions. If you’ve performed diagnostics at a service center, the diagnostics results and vehicle’s actual conditions may vary.
• - Services may be restricted to corporate, leased or rental vehicles.
• - The services are subject to change, addition or deletion.
• - Service type may vary and certain services may be restricted depending on vehicle model and device.

• - Achieve a safe driving score of 70 or more within the last 90 days, 1000km driving distance, and take advantage of a discount for insurance fee from our partner insurance company.

Using the Service

• Once you accept the Privacy Policy to provide your personal information in the Genesis Connected Services app, you will be able to see the safe driving score.

• - To use the Safe Driving Habits Service, you must accept the Privacy Policy from the Safe Driving Habits menu in the Genesis Connected Services app.
• - The safe driving score is calculated based on your driving information, such as rapid acceleration and deceleration. The data is reflected in the score a day after you drive.
• - The service is subject to change or to be added/deleted.
• - Usage of the service can be limited depending on the type of vehicle and terminal.
• - Usage of the service may also be limited within communication shaded areas.
• - The discount benefit from the partner insurance company can be changed, extended or removed in accordance with their policies.
