The Genesis TalksThe Genesis Talks

The Genesis Talks is a public program moderated by Michael Govan, LACMA CEO and Wallis Annenberg Director. This public program brings together some of today’s most creative visionaries across multiple disciplines to participate in thought-provoking conversations on how creativity, vision, and collaboration transform engagement with art, space, and community.

The inaugural year features inspiring conversations with Jeff Koons, Mark Bradford and Darren Walker, Peter Zumthor, and others.

As part of the new partnership between Genesis and LACMA, Genesis supports a named space designated as the Genesis Gallery within the David Geffen Galleries. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Peter Zumthor, the David Geffen Galleries are LACMA’s new building for the permanent collection.

Genesis also serves as the presenting sponsor for the opening gala of the David Geffen Galleries in April 2026.
