Eligibility for Genesis International Diplomatic Sales Program is categorized into overseas missions and mission chiefs, diplomats stationed abroad, and holders of diplomatic passports. (See detailed qualifications below.)

The vehicle must be registered under the diplomatic mission or the passport holder. A copy of the passport and an assignment order must be submitted as proof of identity and deployment when placing an order.

The entire process, from order to delivery, takes approximately 2-4 months.

After selecting the specifications of your desired model from the Genesis International Diplomatic Sales Program, you can choose interior and exterior colors of your vehicle.

Customizable option packages are available separately for the diplomatic mission models (G90/G80/GV80) and the diplomat models (G70/G80/GV70/GV80) based on customer preferences.

Regulations and certification methods for imported vehicles vary by region and country.
Consequently, export models may differ from domestic models in terms of vehicle type, model name, engine type, and specific operational options.

In principle, orders are limited to the specifications designated for the assigned country. However, if you require a different specification due to exceptional circumstances, we will review the feasibility internally and provide guidance accordingly. Additionally, if you order a vehicle with different specifications, we may require a statement of acknowledgement or disclaimer form. Your order can only proceed once the required document is submitted.

* For countries with undeveloped specifications, we disclaim responsibility for any issues that may arise due to differences in fuel quality.

* Please note that the navigation function is not supported in countries where it has not been developed.

* Please note that certain features such as radio and connectivity may not function properly due to specification differences between countries.

In non-operating regions, we will review the feasibility of supplying an alternative export specification from another region. Orders can proceed only after receiving a signed waiver.

Please verify in advance whether diplomatic vehicle certification and emission regulations in the assigned country apply to ensure smooth importation and operation.

* Please note that in some countries, vehicle supply may be limited or unavailable if local certification or regulatory requirements cannot be met.

You can make full payment to the specified currency and account listed in the final quotation upon contract signing. (Please send a copy of the payment receipt after making the deposit)

Please note that production begins after payment confirmation, so timely payment after deciding the purchase is essential for smooth delivery.

For additional specifications beyond the diplomatic models, please inform the relevant department. We will review feasibility and assist with the purchase accordingly.

However, custom specifications may require a longer production time and additional costs.

For vehicles for diplomatic missions, there is no purchase limit. For vehicles for diplomats, it is limited to one vehicle per person during their assignment period.

Diplomatic vehicle sales are based on local delivery conditions, and vehicle delivery in Korea is not available.

After a quality inspection, the vehicle is shipped to the local port by a car carrier vessel.

* Prior consultation with the destination port is required.

For landlocked countries and regions where we do not operate, the vehicle may be shipped in a container to facilitate local inland transportation and customs procedures.

* Container shipping fees are charged separately.

Floor mats suitable for your ordered vehicle will be placed inside the car and delivered together. (The cost is included in the quotation.)

Flag poles can be installed on the vehicle if requested at the time of order. They are also available for separate purchase. (Additional cost applies.)

Additional parts can be purchased through our local dealership. For countries with limited A/S service, maintenance parts (for 2 years) will be included in the vehicle’s trunk at an additional cost. (If customs issues occur, parts can be shipped separately at an extra cost.)

Customers are responsible for all processes after the vehicle arrives at the destination, including any associated costs.

Vehicles for diplomatic missions and mission chiefs are covered for a minimum of 3 years/60,000km. Warranty terms and duration vary by country, following the warranty policies of the assigned country.

A/S service is provided through our local subsidiaries and dealerships. In countries where Genesis is not present, we will inform you of the designated Hyundai dealership at the time of purchase.

The vehicle you purchased is an export model designed to comply with the regulations of the assigned country. Therefore, it is recommended to sell or transfer the vehicle within the assigned country.

If importing to Korea or a third country, please check with the certification authorities of the destination country to confirm import eligibility before shipping the vehicle.

The vehicle may not meet the regulations of the destination country, making importation impossible.
