G90 GENESIS Parking Assistance System OTA Software Update

Dear G90 drivers.
OTA software update designed to add new convenience features will be released in sequence from Jan. 29, 2024.
As the OTA software update is to be performed sequentially, update start and finish timing may vary from vehicle to vehicle.

(Before: rear view, After: view of customer’s previous selection) ※ You can Choose from rear top view, rear view, rear side view, rear wide view and 3D view 2) Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA) Update - When using Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA), you could not change the parking space once you selected it, but after the update, you can change it by selecting a different parking space in the top view of Surround View Monitor. ※ However, the parking space cannot be changed after selecting the parking method (Remote parking, Smart parking) |

[Notes on over-the-air (OTA) update]
- A. If the battery has been removed and then attached, you can update the vehicle after turning off the ignition, disconnecting the power from the additionally installed dash cam, etc., and parking for more than 4 hours.
- B. If any product is connected to the diagnostic communication terminal under the driver's seat, the update function will not work due to interference in the vehicle internal communication.
Wireless downloading will begin when you start the engine after disconnecting the device from the diagnostic communication terminal under the driver's seat. If you turn off the engine after driving the car for more than 30 minutes, the update is performed.
(Do not connect any device to the diagnostic communication terminal under the driver's seat during the wireless update.)
