Launch of New Pleos Account

Starting Wednesday, October 29, 2025, Hyundai Motor Group will introduce the Pleos account, a new global integrated account.
The Pleos account allows access to all Hyundai Motor Group digital services through a single account, delivering a simpler and more convenient digital experience.

Key Updates

1. A New Experience for New Customers

From October 29, new account registrations will only be available through the Pleos account.
All Genesis services can be accessed using the Pleos account without any changes.


How to Create a Pleos Account

  • Go to the Genesis account login page and select [Pleos Account Login]
  • At the bottom of the Pleos account login page, click [Create Account] for easy registration

2. Seamless Experience for Existing Customers

Customers already using the Genesis account can continue to use all services as before without any interruption.
