Signature two lines

Lighting wraps around the front and rear, emphasizing both width and aerodynamic purpose. Seamlessly integrated into the car’s flowing bodywork, Genesis’ minimalist design principles are further emphasized while enhancing visual impact in any environment.

Functional elegance

Is illustrated through the parabolic line that sweeps through the body of the car. This line enhances airflow toward the rear diffuser, improving downforce and handling on the track. 

Meticulous surface design

Improve aerodynamic efficiency while emphasizing luxurious elegance. The subtle sculptural details that underscore the car’s athleticism, combined with high-speed agility, projects the assertive character and confident stance.

More specifically, Genesis Magma Racing will field a two-car entry in WEC (2026) and IMSA (2027) with support from endurance specialists ORECA Motorsport and IDEC Sport.

The GMR-001 Hypercar’s livery is where Korean heritage meets the adrenaline of motorsport. With its striking presence on the racetrack, it boldly reflects Genesis’s unique identity and expresses a deep passion for racing.

Color

The bold Magma Orange hue reflects the dynamic spirit and fiery passion of Korea, capturing attention with its bold presence.

Hangeul

Drawing inspiration from the consonants in the Korean word Magma (ㅁ,ㄱ,ㅁ), the geometric details reflect the essence of Korean aesthetic in a subtle yet meaningful way.
