Whilst it is easy to configurate a Genesis online, you may want to talk to someone. Whether you want to choose a car from stock or create a bespoke factory build, our Genesis Personal Assistants are there to help with questions small or large as you complete the ordering process.
New Car Delivery
When your car is ready, our Genesis Personal Assistants will arrange delivery of your new car. They will take the time to explain the features you want to know about, so you get the very best from your new Genesis.
Ownership Assistance
Our Genesis Personal Assistants help to make owning a Genesis easy. From finding the accessories that fit your model to helping arrange servicing with collection and delivery*, one feature of the 5 Year Care Plan that is included with all new Genesis cars.
