Immersive Sound System

The Bang & Olufsen audio system has 17 speakers and Dolby Atmos, to create a rich and delicate three-dimensional sound experience.

SINGLE PANORAMIC DISPLAY

The sleek 27-inch display uses OLED technology for crystal clarity and stunning colour. It is the heart of the connected car Integrated Cockpit (ccIC) that seamlessly displays vital information and even connects to your favourite streaming services to enjoy during rest stops or while charging.

FOR THE DRIVERS

The three-spoke design of the steering wheel is easy to control. It also gives more intuitive access to features such as the boost button where your thumb is.

FORWARD/SIDE/REVERSE PARKING COLLISION-AVOIDANCE

When you are reversing at slow speed it automatically assists with braking if it detects an object nearby.

REAR CROSS TRAFFIC​ COLLISION-AVOIDANCE (RCCA)

When you are reversing out of a tight spot or tight garage space, RCCA warns you of approaching traffic from the left and right sides of the vehicle. If it detects a potential collision, it can apply the brakes.

FORWARD COLLISION-​AVOIDANCE ASSIST 2

When you are reversing at slow speed it automatically assists with braking if it detects an object nearby.

REAR CROSS-TRAFFIC ASSIST

In case of above certain speeds, the Assist system detects vehicles in your rear blind spot and alerts you with both visual and audible warnings if a collision risk is detected. Additionally, when exiting from a parallel parking space, it can apply the brakes if the risk of a collision increases.

LANE KEEPING ASSIST

This system detects the lanes ahead (including road edges). Above a certain speed, if you drift out of your lane without signalling, it will sound a warning or assist with steering.

HIGHWAY DRIVING ASSIST (HDA)

Highway Driving Assist (HDA) enhances long drives by maintaining safe distance and speed, while even assisting with lane changes when you signal. These features work together to make every journey smoother and more controlled.

Essential information is displayed at the driver’s eye level for a safer and more comfortable driving experience. Features like smart cruise control, speed camera detection, and lane departure warning are seamlessly integrated into the head-up display, enhancing driving convenience.

It helps provide a clear view of the rear situation with a wide-angle field of view, even in night driving, bad weather, or when the rear window is obstructed.

REMOTE SMART PARKING ASSIST

The system lets you remotely park in, or leave, a tight space simply by pressing the button on the key fob. Activated from outside the vehicle, it works for both parallel and perpendicular parking.

CONNECTED SERVICES APP

With the Genesis Connected Services app you can access smart navigation features and safety system and vehicle reports. You can control certain functions directly from your smartphone, even if you are out of the country.

FINGERPRINT READER

A fingerprint sensor allows different drivers to quickly restore personal preferences such as seat position, navigation points and radio favourites with just a single touch. When combined with Digital Key 2, the vehicle can be accessed, started and driven without need to carry a physical key.

Electric Control Suspension Preview

Using data from the front camera and navigation, the Preview analyzes road conditions and optimizes the suspension. It predicts potential shocks from obstacles like speed bumps or rough roads, adjusting based on the driver’s patterns to ensure a smooth and comfortable ride.

The charging port opens and closes electrically. It can be opened from inside and outside, is heated to avoid freezing shut, and the socket is illuminated to help plug in when it's dark. There is an easy-to-read charging indicator, too.

MULTI-CHARGING SYSTEM

The charging system is specifically designed to charge at 400V/800V. You can consistently and quickly top up at a range of charging stations, making use of slow charging, standard fast and ultra-fast chargers.

With the Vehicle-to-Load Pack, GV60 becomes a mobile power source. An external adaptor enables domestic appliances to be plugged into the vehicles charging port, and a 3-pin socket in the interior means electronic devices can be charged on the go.

SMART REGENERATION SYSTEM 3.0

Regenerative braking captures energy during braking to recharge the battery. To be as efficient as possible, the system intelligently uses traffic flow and navigation map information to adjust the regenerative deceleration.

BATTERY CONDITIONING SYSTEM

For optimal fast-charging conditions, the system monitors and adjusts the battery temperature. It activates automatically if a fast-charging station is set as a route destination, or can be activated manually.
