GETTING STARTED

Download the Shell Recharge app and create an account

With your new Genesis you will receive a Genesis Charge card. Scan this with the Shell Recharge app and your charge card is added to your account.

Enter payment information

Once you have added your payment details to your account, you can use your Genesis Charge Pass to start charging.

Link your Genesis

Use your Plug & Charge ID to link Plug & Charge to your Genesis with your Charge Pass contract and payment information. You set it up once and you are ready to enjoy effortless charging.

Charge and Go

Just connect the charging cable to your car and let Plug & Charge technology take care of the rest.
