GENESIS 5 YEAR CARE PLAN
5-year service
All new Genesis models are delivered to private customers with a service, inspection and maintenance entitlement of five years or 75,000 km from the date of first registration (whichever comes first).
Collection and delivery service & replacement vehicle
Not only do we offer you 5 years of service, we also collect your car, bring it back and provide you with a replacement vehicle in the meantime at no extra cost for a period of five years or a mileage of 75,000 km from the date the vehicle was first registered (whichever comes first).
24/7 HELP
To give you peace of mind on the road, all new Genesis vehicles come with five years Roadside Assistance (no mileage limit). This helps you around the clock.
FREE UPDATES
Your Connected Car services, infotainment software and navigation maps are kept up to date free of charge for a period of five years from the date of first registration (no mileage limit).

Every new Genesis comes with our 5 Year Care Plan that includes five years' warranty, scheduled servicing, digital updates and even a courtesy car while we look after yours.

FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
We are so confident in the quality of our vehicles, that we provide them with a five-year warranty with no mileage limit from the date of first registration. This includes repairs and the replacement of defective components. We repair rust damage for up to 12 years.

Guarantor Details
We, Genesis Motor Deutschland GmbH, located at Strahlenbergerstraße 110-112 in 63067
Offenbach am Main ("Genesis"), are the warrantor of the Genesis Warranty.
Warranty Duration
All Genesis cars are covered by the Genesis warranty. This is valid for a period of five years from the date of first registration (with no mileage limit).
Warranty Coverage
All components that are part of the original vehicle specification, that are manufactured or supplied by Genesis (excluding tires and accessories), which are found to be defective in manufacture during normal use of the vehicle, will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Genesis at no cost to the vehicle owner.
Transfer Of Warranty
The Genesis warranty applies on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis. In the event of a change of ownership of your Genesis vehicle, the benefits of the Genesis warranty may also be claimed by subsequent owners within the warranty period.

As a Genesis owner you enjoy five years' reassurance at no cost to you.
