• Have not had significant damage caused by exposure to water.
• Have not had major modifications and/or repairs, including the replacement or repair of any of the panels, structural members, or components by cutting or welding.
• Have been checked against the Personal Property Securities Register and comes with clear title.
Australian Consumer Law:
Genesis Certified Pre-owned vehicles come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Genesis Motors Australia will provide a minimum 1 year warranty for Genesis Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Genesis Certified Pre-Owned vehicles vary in age and mileage, normal wear and tear should be anticipated.
[6] Deposit.
All vehicle prices quoted are valid for 10 days from the date of creation of this vehicle purchase quotation. Once you confirm your reservation, our Genesis Concierge will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss and finalise your order. If you proceed to purchase a Genesis vehicle, you will be required to enter into a sale contract with Genesis Motors Australia.
[7] Test Drive Experience.
Once a deposit is placed the exact or similarly optioned Genesis model will be made available to test drive at your nearest Genesis Retail Outlet, or we will come to your preferred location within 50kms of the retail outlet.
[8] Vehicle Delivery.
Once the final amount payable is received in full by Genesis Motors Australia, we will arrange transportation to your preferred location. Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply.
