_{1. 1-Year Genesis Motors Australia Certified Pre-Owned Warranty
In addition to any existing 5-year unlimited kilometre standard new car warranty policy applicable to the Genesis Motors Australia Certified Pre-Owned (GMAuCPO) vehicle at the time a GMAuCPO vehicle is purchased, Genesis Motors Australia provides an extended warranty for 1 year commencing immediately after the expiry of any existing 5-year unlimited kilometre standard new car warranty policy. Maximum warranty for GMAuCPO vehicles is 6 years from date of first registration. Does not apply if the vehicle is used at any time during the warranty period for a “commercial application” as detailed in the warranty policy, which includes use as a taxi, hire, rental, courier, driving school, security, tour, bus operator or emergency services vehicle, or any other use in the course of trade for the purpose of carrying passengers or goods. Vehicles used for a commercial application are provided with a 5 year/130,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). _{2. 1-year Complimentary Scheduled Servicing.
One (1) complimentary scheduled service is available for all Genesis Motors Australia Certified Pre-Owned vehicles for the first scheduled service interval following purchase if servicing is completed at an authorised Genesis Motors Australia repairer.}

_{3. Genesis to you.
Genesis To You is only available for the first owner of a new Genesis Motors Australia Certified Pre-Owned (GMAuCPO) vehicle with pick up and drop off location within 70km driving distance from the nearest authorised Genesis Retail Outlet.  Only available for the one (1) complimentary scheduled service carried out for the first scheduled service interval following purchase of the GMAuCPO vehicle. Genesis To You service is subject to availability. Genesis Motors Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Genesis To You service based on availability and any other factors determined in its sole discretion. Genesis To You is not transferable to a new owner of the Genesis vehicle.} 

_{4. Genesis Premium Roadside Assist Plan.
In addition to any existing Genesis Premium Roadside Assist Plan applicable to the Genesis Motors Australia Certified Pre-Owned (GMAuCPO) vehicle at the time a GMAuCPO vehicle is purchased, Genesis Motors Australia provides an additional 1-year complimentary Genesis Premium Roadside Assist Plan commencing immediately after the expiry of any existing Genesis Premium Roadside Assist Plan. _{5. Deposit.
Paying a deposit reserves your interest to purchase the Genesis vehicle but is not an order to purchase. Stock availability is not guaranteed, and your purchase of the vehicle is subject to availability. If the vehicle is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit. If stock is confirmed as being available, customers will be notified in writing and are required to enter a contract of sale within 28 days of that notification should they wish to proceed to purchase the vehicle, at which time legal obligations arise and the deposit will be applied against the purchase price set out in the contract. If the customer does not enter into a contract (signing and returning the contract to us within 28 days of notification), the customer’s interest in the vehicle is deemed to be withdrawn and the contract is withdrawn and not enforceable. The deposit is fully refundable for any reason up until a contract of sale is entered. You may, by written notice, seek a refund of the deposit from Genesis Motors Australia by emailing [email protected] at any time prior to signing a contract of sale. Genesis Motors Australia will, after receiving this request, send to you written confirmation and refund the deposit in full to the credit card used to pay the deposit. A deposit is not transferrable under any circumstances.}
