Our Genesis Technical Assistants will help you plan vehicle maintenance through to collection and delivery of your Genesis to your home, as well as all actions within the 5-Year Service Promise.

What is the difference between a Genesis Personal Assistant and a Genesis Studio?

Genesis Personal Assistants are individuals who will help you through your whole experience, answering any questions and making things easy. Genesis Studios are locations where you can explore the models in person and meet our friendly team in a welcoming, unpressurised environment. Many of our Genesis Personal Assistants are located at our studios, as well as regionally.
