Genesis Roadside Assistance offers free assistance in the event of a breakdown, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in Europe. Giving you total peace of mind! This is subject to your Genesis being serviced at a Genesis dealer in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The duration and renewal of this service depend on the recommended service intervals for your Genesis.

Are you purchasing a new Genesis, and was it also supplied by Genesis? In that case, you are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, starting from the date of first registration. The Genesis warranty conditions apply. For passenger cars, a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty applies, with unlimited mileage.
Is the passenger car used as a taxi, hire car or for other hire purposes? In that case, the warranty is valid for 36 months or up to 100,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.
The Genesis Warranty applies to Genesis vehicles sold through the official Genesis distribution network in Europe. For warranty servicing and repairs, contact the official Genesis Authorized Repairers within the Genesis service network in Europe.1
If an original part of your Genesis that was manufactured or supplied by Genesis (excluding tyres and accessories) develops a manufacturing fault during normal use, Genesis will repair or replace that part free of charge. Replaced parts are covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty. The warranty period therefore does not start again when a part is replaced.
