Face Connect

Debuting for Genesis on the GV60, drivers can experience true keyless convenience thanks to the introduction of Face Connect. Employing biometric facial recognition to recognise the driver via a camera in the drivers side door trim, the system allows the vehicle to be conveniently unlocked without a key.​

Biometric authentication allows keyless vehicle operation, allowing the driver to start the vehicle and operate the vehicle as with a normal key. ​

​ With just your fingerprint the car recalls your individual preferences for seat position, phone contacts, navigation points and even speaker volume. ​

Over-the-air updates2 of controller software means the GV60 systems can be upgraded to latest versions without visiting a service centre.

Dual zone climate control, allows the driver and passengers to adjust to their optimal comfort. Ventilated seats can be heated or cooled depending on preference. ​

When the vehicle is off, the after-blow system helps prevent mould growth and reduces odours in the air conditioner.

Imagine a seat that adjusts your comfort and support according to the way you’re driving. The GV60 ergonomic seat system internally utilises air-cells that adjust for enhanced side support depending on your driving mode or vehicle speed. A stretch mode is also provided for individual control of air-cells in the cushion* for a perfect comfort level every time you drive.

Both the driver’s and front passenger’s seat offer a Relaxation Comfort mode that can feel weight-less. This position optimises the distribution of body pressure. It’s a relaxing, almost therapeutic seating position that is for use when the vehicle is parked.* When charging up, or when waiting for school pick-up, it provides the ideal ‘me-time’ relaxation moment to break up a busy day.​

A diffuser is situated in the front passenger seat door handle, which creates an elegant atmosphere and keeps the interior refresh.

The air conditioning system separately controls the temperature and airflow of the space and prevents the inflow of outside air, keeping the interior pleasant and fresh all year round. ​ ​

With a tap of your finger on Bang & Olufsen’s dedicated sound control interface, you may choose the sound mix to express your desired sound ‘mood’ (Relax, Energetic, Bright and Warm) which is delivered in brilliant aural clarity via 17 speakers.1
