Complimentary scheduled servicing for 5 years

Delegate responsibility for the mechanical wellbeing of your new Genesis to us. Our technicians are factory-trained and experts on Genesis vehicles – will spend that time doing whatever’s necessary to ensure your Genesis continues to perform at its peak. The continuity of their care will also ensure optimised resale value.

Servicing that comes to you

We wouldn’t want to take any time from your diary. That’s why we’ll come to a location of your choice to pick up your vehicle and take it to one of our service valet dealers. After our technicians have finished and all key performance indicators have been assessed and achieved, we’ll return your Genesis to a location you specify, at a time that suits your availability. It means you may never actually step into one of our servicing centres, but you are of course always welcome to visit.

Complimentary courtesy vehicle

5-Year/Unlimited Km Warranty

Your Genesis underwent stringent benchmark testing prior to being delivered to you. To maintain those benchmarks (and the technology, materials and workmanship that underpin them), your Genesis is supported by our comprehensive warranty for a full five years – a warranty unaffected by the distances you travel in that period.

Your Genesis comes complete with a five-year subscription to Genesis Connected Services – an innovative, interlinked suite of solutions that unites safety and car care packages with steadfast remote accessibility.

For instance, Genesis Connected Services works in conjunction with your vehicle’s 24/7 Genesis Roadside Assistance coverage. If you were to make a Roadside Assistance call from inside your vehicle using the SOS button on the Genesis Connected Services app on your smart device, it will let you know your current location via GPS which you can provide to the Genesis Customer Care agent.

Your subscription will be extended by an additional 12 months by continuing to have your Genesis serviced by us. Your Genesis Connected Services suite includes:
