Exceptional opportunities for your Genesis.

LEASE-END EXPERIENCE

WHEN RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE:

A Genesis Finance Advisor will be in contact with you as your
vehicle approaches lease-end. They will guide you through your
lease-end options and help schedule a vehicle inspection
appointment – an important step in the lease-end journey.

If you've decided to return your Genesis, the first step is
to evaluate your vehicle for wear and tear by doing a Vehicle
Self-Assessment. A lease-end package will be provided to you
in the coming weeks before your lease-end date.

TIPS

  • Remove any personal belongings from the vehicle, and delete personal data from GPS, Bluetooth®, Homelink® and Genesis Connected Services, if applicable.
  • Ensure all original equipment (keys, fobs, manuals, all-season tires, copy of ownership, etc.) and any other items that came with the vehicle are present and operational at the time of return.
  • Provide copies of maintenance records and/or recalls.
  • Email copies of invoices for repairs completed post-vehicle inspection to: lease-end@genesisfinance.ca.
  • Satisfy all remaining financial and other obligations.
  • Sign a copy of the Vehicle Turn-In Confirmation, and your Genesis Experience Manager will provide a copy for your records.
