How can I purchase a home charger for my Genesis?

Level 2 Home Charging Stations are available through our partner ChargeHub. When purchasing your Genesis electric vehicle, you will receive information about ChargeHub and how to order a charging station. If you have any questions, please contact your Genesis Experience Manager at any time.

How can I find an EV charger for my Genesis?

Genesis drivers can use the Genesis Intelligent Assistant app to locate electric vehicle chargers near them. Alternatively, charging maps like ChargeHub can be used to locate chargers.

What is the warranty coverage on a Genesis electric vehicle?

Genesis Motors Canada's EV System Warranty covers select electrical and battery components** up to a total of 8 years from the warranty registration date, or 160,000 km, whichever occurs first. Does Genesis have electric cars?

Yes, Genesis currently produces two electric SUVs. The Genesis GV60 is a compact luxury electric SUV, and is also available as an upcoming limited-edition high-performance model, the Genesis GV60 Magma. Additionally, Genesis offers the Genesis Electrified GV70, a luxurious midsize electric SUV. Interested drivers may shop online or order their preferred model at their local Genesis distributor.

Which Genesis cars are electric?

Genesis currently offers two all-electric vehicles. The Genesis GV60 is a compact luxury SUV with an upcoming limited-edition performance-oriented edition, the Genesis GV60 Magma, while the Genesis Electrified GV70 is a midsize luxury SUV. What kind of charger does a Genesis EV use?

Genesis' latest electric vehicles use North American Charging Standard (NACS) ports for all electric vehicles. Older models may feature Combined Charging System (CCS) ports. Drivers may order a charging port adapter through their local Genesis distributor.

Genesis' latest electric vehicles support fast charging, and can typically recharge from 10% to 80% in under 20 minutes using a Level 3 350kW fast charger.†
