What can I expect from the Genesis ownership experience?

The Genesis ownership experience is designed with your convenience in mind. You can purchase your Genesis online or in-store, and may test drive vehicles from home. Additionally, for the first 5 years, new vehicle owners receive complimentary scheduled maintenance, at-home valet service with courtesy vehicles, and access to the Genesis Connected Services connectivity suite.*

What can I expect from a Genesis test drive?

Much like our ownership experience, Genesis test drives are made to be as convenient as possible. You may schedule an at-home test drive at the location of your choosing, including your residence or place of work.

What is included in Genesis' complimentary maintenance?

Genesis' complimentary maintenance includes the following: engine oil service; brake fluid service; air, fuel, and microfilter service; spark plug replacements; vehicle service check. Additionally, all complimentary maintenance comes with the option of at-home valet service and loaner vehicle access to minimize any disruptions to your routine. How does Genesis' at-home valet service work?

Genesis' at-home valet service is available with complimentary scheduled maintenance appointments to help you save time. A Genesis driver will pick up and drop off your Genesis at the location of your choosing, and you will be provided with a loaner Genesis to minimize disruptions to your routine. At-home valet service is available within 50 km of a Genesis distributor.*

All new vehicles purchased from Genesis Canada come with our warranty package, including a Comprehensive Limited Warranty (5-year/100,000 km), Powertrain Protection (5-year/100,000 km), a Genesis Emissions System Warranty (5-year/100,000 km), Major Emissions Coverage (8-year/130,000 km), an Anti-Perforation Warranty (5 years), an EV System Warranty (8-year/160,000 km), and High Voltage Battery Capacity Coverage (8-year/160,000 km). What does the process of buying a Genesis look like?

We strive to make the Genesis shopping experience as convenient as possible, with in-person and online options available. Drivers who prefer to shop in-person may visit their local Distributor to explore models, book a test drive, or customize their Genesis in our dedicated design space. Those who prefer to shop online may request at-home test drives, purchase their vehicle online, and request home delivery. All shoppers benefit from Genesis' one price promise, which offers transparent pricing.
