Genesis’ Electric Vehicles
Genesis currently offers two electric vehicles: the GV60, a compact luxury SUV, and the Electrified GV70, a midsize luxury SUV. Both are designed to provide exceptional performance and comfort.
Genesis GV60
The GV60 is a luxurious electric vehicle capable of producing up to 429 horsepower, or 483 horsepower when Boost mode is activated. It can travel up to 406 km on a single charge2 and takes just 18 minutes to recharge from 10% to 80% using a 350 kW Level 3 charger3.
Inside, the GV60 is equipped with elevated features and design details. A Head-Up Display projects important information (such as vehicle speed or directions) onto the windshield. Meanwhile, a vision roof with a power shade, a 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen® Sound System, and Nappa leather seats with ventilated front seats enhance passengers’ experiences.
The GV60 provides an extensive safety suite as well. Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control allows the vehicle to automatically adjust its speed based on the speed limit and traffic conditions, while Lane Following Assist helps to keep the vehicle centered in its lane. Highway Driving Assist 2 assists drivers to change lanes safely and maintain a safe distance from the vehicle ahead.
Despite its compact footprint, the GV60 offers a significant cargo capacity. Drivers can access 680 litres of trunk space, or 1,550 litres of total storage when the rear seats are lowered.
Genesis Electrified GV70
The Electrified GV70 is designed to provide an effortless experience. Powered by potent dual motors, it can produce 429 horsepower; alternatively, Boost mode may be activated to temporarily reach up to 483 horsepower and allow the vehicle to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in merely 4.4 seconds. The Electrified GV70’s high-capacity battery provides it with a range of 402 km2 and may be recharged from 10% to 80% in 19 minutes using a compatible 350 kW charger3.
Additionally, the Electrified GV70 is well-appointed with innovative features, design accents, and safety systems. Its Panoramic Sunroof and leather seating surfaces offer an indulgent passenger experience. Meanwhile, the Electrified GV70 offers enhanced safety with features such as Smart Cruise Control, Highway Driving Assist II, and Lane Keeping Assist 2, which helps keep the vehicle centered in its lane and adjusts steering based on vehicles ahead when lanes are not detected. As the larger of Genesis’ two electric vehicles, the Electrified GV70 has a greater cargo capacity than the GV60. It provides 813 litres of trunk space, or 1,601 litres of total cargo storage when the rear seats are lowered.
