WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO “REQUEST A RESERVATION”?
A reservation allows you to configure your perfect Genesis G80 and submit your desired specifications to Genesis Concierge. If a vehicle matching your request cannot be located in our inventory, Genesis Concierge will work with your Genesis retailer to place your order. Submitting a reservation request is not a purchase, and does not guarantee delivery, priority, or the ultimate sale of the requested vehicle.
WHAT STEPS DO I NEED TO TAKE TO COMPLETE MY RESERVATION?
Go online and click “Reserve Your G80” to configure your Genesis G80. After you are done configuring your vehicle, enter your contact information and click “Request Reservation.” A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. Once submitted, a Genesis Concierge agent will work with you and your Genesis Retailer to locate the vehicle that matches your configured G80 in our inventory. If it is not currently available, they will work together to place the order for you. A refundable deposit may be required to confirm reservation depending on the Retailer.
CAN I SELECT ANY GENESIS RETAILER?
Yes, all Genesis Retailers have access to submit your finalized reservation through their online ordering system.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION ONCE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY REQUEST?
Yes, you have up until the time you finalize your order with Genesis Concierge or your Genesis Retailer to change your reservation.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund for the deposit if you were required to provide one. Please contact Genesis Concierge or your Genesis Retailer directly to cancel your reservation.
WHEN CAN I REQUEST A RESERVATION?
You can build your perfect Genesis G80 at any time, even after the vehicle is on sale at your local Retailers. Your preferred Genesis Retailer can order your configured vehicle for you to arrive at a later date if you cannot find the one you are looking for in inventory.
WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO TAKE DELIVERY OF MY VEHICLE?
Delivery times may vary based on vehicle configuration, Retailer location, demand, and unforeseen production delays.
WHO WILL I BE PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE FROM?
The purchase agreement will be between you and the independently owned and operated Genesis Retailer that you selected.
WILL RESERVATIONS BE FULFILLED IN THE ORDER PLACED?
We will do our best to fulfill reservations based on the order they were placed, but actual delivery times will vary based on vehicle configuration, Retailer location, demand, and unforeseen production delays.
CAN CONSUMERS UPDATE THEIR RETAILER SELECTION FOR THEIR RESERVATION?
Yes, you can update your Retailer selection up until the time you order your vehicle through your selected Genesis Retailer. If you wish to change your Retailer after placing your initial order, you will need to cancel your reservation and start the process over with your new selected Retailer.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONCE SUBMITTED?
You will receive updates from the Retailer you placed your order with. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your Retailer directly.
WILL THERE BE ANY INCENTIVES OFFERED ON MY RESERVED VEHICLE?
Upon vehicle arrival, your Retailer will be able to advise when negotiating the purchase agreement if there are any incentives that can be offered at the time of delivery.
