WHAT IS GENESIS PRIORITY ONE?
Genesis Priority One allows you to be one of the first in line to purchase the all-new 2023 Genesis GV60. The 2023 GV60 will be available at a limited number of certified Genesis retailers in CA, CT, NJ and NY in Spring 2022, with additional state and certified retailer availability coming soon. A fully refundable deposit of $500 is required. If you decide to request a refund or do not ultimately purchase the vehicle, your deposit will be returned to you. Keep in mind, joining Genesis Priority One and placing a deposit is not an order of a specific vehicle.
Due to the extremely limited availability of the 2023 GV60, only a limited number of people will be able to join Genesis Priority One. If Genesis Priority One is full at the time you sign up, you will still be able to sign up to receive future updates.
HOW DO I JOIN GENESIS PRIORITY ONE?
Visit the all-new 2023 GV60 page on Genesis.com, configure your GV60, and submit your contact and credit card information. Once submitted, you will receive an email receipt to keep for your records. You will also receive a call from a Genesis concierge agent to confirm your vehicle preference. At that time, the concierge will also ask for additional information such as trade-in information and financing preference so the retailer can provide you with an offer that is tailored to your needs.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN GENESIS PRIORITY ONE?
A deposit of $500 is required and is fully refundable if you should decide not to purchase the vehicle.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE DEPOSIT ONCE I SUBMIT?
The $500 deposit is held in a third-party merchant account until time of purchase. When you purchase your 2023 GV60 vehicle, the certified Genesis retailer will apply the deposit amount to your purchase. Once your purchase has been finalized, your deposit will be transferred to the retailer.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Yes, unused deposits are fully refundable. If you would like a refund, you can call the Genesis Concierge center at 888-344-2599 or email PriorityOne@genesis-concierge.com with your request. Only the $500 you have put down will be refunded. Because refunds are credited to the original source of payment that you used for the deposit (such as a credit card), it is important for you to let us know whether that original source of payment has been closed when you ask for a refund. It is also important that you provide us with an email address that you actively use, so that we can contact you if there are issues in making your refund. If we cannot credit your original source of payment with a refund or otherwise contact you to issue the refund, after one year we will be entitled to retain the deposit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Typically, this takes no longer than 2-3 business days. Once processed, there may be additional time for your credit card company to update your account to show the credit. WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE METHOD OF PAYMENT THAT I USED FOR THE DEPOSIT AFTER I HAVE SUMITTED MY INFORMATION?
Please contact our Genesis concierge center at 1-888-344-2599 to cancel. You can then create a new Priority One submission to replace your initial request with the updated credit card information.
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes, your information is secure and will not be shared with anyone outside of the banking institution. Payment is processed by Square Capital, LLC, via our partner at Square, Inc. Your credit card number is never stored, and is not seen by Genesis Motor America, the Genesis concierge center, or the Genesis retailer you have chosen.
WILL MY CONFIGURATION BE SENT TO A GENESIS RETAILER?
The vehicle configuration you specified will be sent to a Genesis concierge agent, who will help you locate a certified Genesis retailer where your preferred vehicle configuration will be available. Should you agree to work with that certified Genesis retailer, the concierge agent will connect you with the retailer to move forward with the transaction.
WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY REQUESTED VEHICLE CONFIGURATION?
If you would like to change your original request, please contact a Genesis Concierge agent at 1-888-344-2599, or email PriorityOne@genesis-concierge.com, and they can assist you in changing your preferred vehicle configuration. Please note that your $500 deposit can only be applied to the purchase of a 2023 GV60 vehicle and cannot be used for the purchase of a different Genesis vehicle.
WHAT DO I USE TO REFERENCE/REDEEM MY DEPOSIT WITH THE RETAILER?
When communicating with your certified Genesis retailer about your deposit, make sure to have your transaction ID and the email address you used when placing your deposit. For redemption, please bring a copy of the confirmation email to your certified Genesis retailer. If you do not have this email, please contact a Genesis Concierge agent at 1-888-344-2599, or email PriorityOne@genesis-concierge.com.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY 2023 GV60 IS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
The certified Genesis retailer that the Genesis Concierge agent connected you with will contact you when the 2023 GV60 vehicles begin to arrive (which is expected in Spring 2022). Your certified Genesis retailer will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the vehicle you have selected and will help complete the sale.
WILL YOU SHARE MY GENESIS PRIORITY ONE SUBMISSION INFORMATION WITH THE GENESIS RETAILER?
WHEN WILL I TAKE DELIVERY OF MY VEHICLE?
The all-new 2023 GV60 is expected to become available at select certified Genesis retailers in CA, CT, NJ and NY in Spring 2022. Your retailer will contact you when vehicles arrive. Actual delivery times may vary based on the vehicle configuration selected and the number of vehicles your retailer may receive. See your certified GV60 Genesis retailer for more details.
AM I BUYING THIS VEHICLE DIRECTLY FROM GENESIS MOTOR AMERICA?
No. The purchase agreement and final pricing will be between you and the selling Genesis retailer, not Genesis Motor America.
CAN I USE MY $500 DEPOSIT TOWARD ANOTHER GENESIS VEHICLE, SHOULD I CHANGE MY MIND?
No. Your deposit can only be used towards the purchase of a new 2023 Genesis GV60. Should you change your mind, you can request a refund of your 2023 GV60 deposit. Please contact a Genesis concierge agent at 1-888-344-2599, or email PriorityOne@genesis-concierge.com.
CAN I USE MY DEPOSIT TOWARD A PRE-OWNED VEHICLE?
No, the deposit is only valid for use on a new 2023 Genesis GV60 vehicle purchased from a participating Genesis retailer. If you choose to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from your retailer, you can request a refund of your 2023 GV60 deposit. HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY DEPOSIT?
Your deposit, if unused, will be held until July 10, 2022. If you do not purchase a GV60 and use your deposit, your original $500 will be refunded. Before we refund your deposit, we will make every attempt to inform and remind you, so that if you choose, you can use that deposit toward the GV60 vehicle purchase before time runs out.
