Genesis has embodied its passion for motorsports with two race-ready concepts: the X Gran Berlinetta Concept and now the X Gran Racer Concept. Inspired by the Vision Gran Turismo series, these vehicles emphasize racetrack performance and the emotional expression of "Athletic Elegance" design.

    X GRAN BERLINETTA CONCEPT

    AERODYNAMIC DESIGN

    Your first look is at the front fascia and abstracted crest grille which seamlessly flow into the Two-Line Quad Lights. These wrap entirely around and connect to the rear for a beautiful aerodynamic effect.

    POWERFUL FORM

    The side profile sports a generous dash-to-axle ratio that pushes the driver and powertrain rearward for a lean mid-engine layout.

    ICONIC SPORT CONTOURS

    The rear is crowned by a spoiler and lateral trailing edges for aerodynamic high-speed stability. The fuselage rounds out the body in a streamline elliptical.

    X GRAN RACER CONCEPT

    RACECAR PRECISION

    Aerodynamics are made top priority through strategically placed canards on the front fascia, a larger front splitter, rear diffuser and a more aggressive rocker panel. The active aerodynamic flaps are electronically controlled for precise adjustments.

    A BOLD SHAPE

    Voluminous fenders create an iconic silhouette. While an elongated ratio and parabolic lines extend from the front to rear for a timeless proportion that epitomizes Genesis' aesthetic.

    X GRAN RACER CONCEPT

    BACK-END AERODYNAMICS

    The rear carbon wing of this concept exudes power and purpose. Seamlessly integrated, it is designed with aerodynamics top-of-mind. The vertical rear lights ensure visibility, even in extreme racing conditions.

INTENSITY BEHIND THE WHEEL

Applying the Genesis philosophy of ‘Beauty of White Space’, both the X Gran Berlinetta Concept and X Gran Racer Concept create a purist environment for the pilot. Essential functions are ergonomically prioritized to maximize focus on the racetrack.

Performance

TRACK READY POWER

The X Gran Berlinetta boasts a whopping 1,071hp of combined max power and 986 lb-ft of combined max torque. While the X Gran Racer impresses even further with 1,540hp of combined max power and 1,015lb-ft of combined max torque. At the heart of both vehicles lies a front mid-mounted Lambda II V6 engine electrically assisted by E-SC technology, allowing astonishing power to be harnessed.
